What we collect

Chat messages are processed to generate replies. We do not sell personal data.

Usage analytics help us improve the product. For each event we store: the page path without its query string, the hostname of the site you arrived from (never the full address), the name of the action (a page view, opening a character, starting a chat), which character it related to, the interface language, the time, a few technical details about the action itself — such as which pricing plan or gallery item a click referred to — and a random identifier your browser generates and keeps in its local storage. That identifier lets us count returning visitors; it is not derived from your email, your IP address or any device fingerprint, and it is never linked to your account.

Clearing your browser's site data removes that identifier, and a new one is generated on your next visit.

Chat privacy

Conversations are private. Do not share sensitive personal information (ID numbers, payment details, addresses) in chat — the characters will never ask for it.

Chat history & accounts

Without an account, your conversations are saved only on your own device (browser storage) and never leave it except to generate replies. When you chat while signed in, your conversation history is stored on our servers so you can continue it later from any device. You can request deletion of your history and account data at any time via hello@faro.agency.

Third-party processing

Chat replies may be generated using third-party AI providers, and the site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
